The Levity Institute offers coaching to empower people to live lives of greater freedom, lightness, and deeply connected joy. Using the unique philosophy and methods of The Levity Coach™, our coaching process is powerful and allows clients to connect more to the holistic thinking patterns of their right brain which strengthens their ability to be more intuitive about their vision for their life and their goals. Additionally, this work serves to create more momentum towards not only accomplishing set coaching goals, but shifting perspectives in the clients’ lives. In this way, our clients report back that not only have they exceeded their goals, but they are for the first time enjoying their successes.
Our corporate branch at The Levity Institute is Levity Leadership which works with leaders in the workplace to facilitate a shift in leadership towards an approach which welcomes fun, creativity, and levity into the work environment. We work with both small and large organizations through keynotes, seminars, and wellness programs to create a culture shift to one that both is a place employees want to work at and also one that raises the bottom line.
As our work continued to evolve at The Levity Institute, it became apparent that in addition to providing a series of services that empower and enlighten people’s personal and professional lives, we also needed a forum for public outreach in which we take some of our research about the value of levity into people’s daily lives and into the public. With this understanding, The Levity Project came to life. The Levity Project is a social movement which is creating social change through play, laughter, and celebration in public places all over the world. The Levity Project also serves as a place of connection for change agents to gather and join together to make a difference in their world. |

The Levity Institute offers the only Laughter Coach Certification Program in the country. Laughter Coaching is a cutting edge niche in the coaching world which works with clients one on one and in small groups both personally and professionally to help them effect more laughter and levity as they approach their lives. Our Laughter Coaching and Laughter Coach Training Program focus on how to bring laughter as a practice into people’s experience and ultimately, help them to feel more connected to themselves, their surroundings, and their successes.
