we would like to know more about the grocery store dancing. Is there one coming up in northern CA? We would really like to get in on this. We have been doing some of our own grocery store antics. We would be interested in starting a chapter in the SF bay area.

LOVE your mission and hope to become more involved in local activities in Maine! I’m a single mother who has been raising five children since 2003 (two now graduated, with one in military college) and in December 2011, I finally completed my Bachelor degree, and with honors! It is because of the immense love and moral support I have received through family, friends, and the Lewiston-Auburn community that I have been able to get through the challenge with success. In addition, it is also because I have been blessed with the inner knowledge and practice of living life out loud with laughter and levity and not sweating the small stuff. I, like Katie West, tend to believe that many of society’s “rules”, are made up and too many people are bogged down by what they think they “should” do because of the dictations of other’s expectations. Life is not only good, it is GREAT! Yada, yada, yada – I’m singing to the choir, aren’t I?
I would LOVE to become a trainer or become more involved in the organization at some level. Please take a look at my information and see how my skills and experiences might fit in with the goals of The Levity Institute. Looking forward to meeting those at the helm someday!
