How? With fun, dynamic, and energizing Laughter Yoga!

Laughter Yoga is a fabulous way to set the climate of positivity and connection at the beginning of camp during staff training, provide a mid-summer rejuvenation, or bring together memories of a wonderful summer for your staff at the end of camp!

What is it?

Laughter Yoga is the practice of laughing as exercise in order to boost our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.  We laugh simply because it is good for us.  Instead of using humor or jokes we laugh together as a group activity using breathing and playful laughter exercises.  The great news is anybody can do it!

Sessions last 45 minutes- 1.5 hours depending on your time frame and are tailored to whatever your focus is for your camp.

What are the benefits of “practicing laughter” at camp?
