Become a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader with The Levity Institute!
Join us on June 5 & 6, 2010 in Bath, Maine for a 2 day workshop on bringing the practice of laughter into your life.
- Learn how to create more intentional laughter in your life.
- Discover an effective new approach to wellness including how to reduce stress.
- Meet new people who also want to cultivate the experience of joy in their lives.
- Learn everything you need to know about laughter yoga and how to successfully teach it to a variety of populations and in different settings as well as run your own Laughter Club
- Understand how Laughter can be a powerful practice in your life as well as the specific philosophies of Laughter Yoga.
- Earn a Certification from The Kataria School of Laughter Yoga through The Levity Institute
This workshop will certify you to start your own laughter club, teach community laughter yoga classes, deepen your own laughter practice, and join the Maine Laughter Yoga Team.
Upon completion of this two day workshop, you will be a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader.
